I laughed and enjoyed and felt as if I had been there. Also, I was reminded that I, too, am a modern woman because I have a food processor! <BR/>The haroset we made last year was an improvisation of an acquired recipe:<BR/>chopped apples, peeled & cored; chopped walnuts & pine nuts; cinnamon & nutmeg; grape juice & red wine, both Maneschewitz: all to taste.<BR/><BR/>I'm going to try your Southern (pecan) recipe as well.
